We believe the next generation of leaders is already in the room. They are young people: team captains, scholars, competitors, and community members. Young people, with the drive to lead but who haven’t yet been given the right tools, mentors, or opportunities to fully realize what they’re capable of.
Next Is Now exists to find them, challenge them, and propel them into the world with a deeper sense of purpose and a clearer vision of the impact they can make — on the field, in the classroom, and in the communities that need them most.
